It was my 3 year anniversary of being told i was cancer free,i had colon cancer a couple surgeries,and 6 mothns of cemo but i made it through.My doctors say when you get to the 5 year mark youve beat that cancer so just 2 to go.My mom and Dad both had cancer and ive been through it if anyone ever needs to talk give me a shout.

Congrats man! My best friend had 2 bouts with Hodgkins Lymphoma before he was 21. Lots of chemo and a stem-cell transplant later, he will be cancer free (again) for 4 years this May! I can only imagine what you've been through and I have to say folks who have beat cancer are idols to me.
Keep on doing what you're doing, and congrats once again!

Thanks alot guys,it was very shocking and sudden i was in fort lauderdale florida on vaction when i knew i had a problem .I flew home the next day and went to a great dr in my town,he did a colonoscopy and sent me to a wonderfull surgeon at st thomas hospital in nashville.He was a vandy grad lol,he commented on the orange in my room every day.I had some bad days,and the cemo was very tough,but my Will to get through it was very strong.
