Haven't laughed this hard in a long time! Great post!! Lol
Class of 97 here. The new campus is certainly 'nicer', but it's bland by comparison and it runs like an academy. The old KCHS had character.
Knoxville's high school kids are proving they can troll and create Internet rumors with the best of them. Two high schools down on Gruden rumor mongering, 23 or so to go.
I don't know which one is more disturbing, you screaming like a girl or you actually listening to Justin Bieber. But different strokes for different folks as they say. Jk have a nice day
Too bad I a) live in Alaska, b) have no kids, and c) am not Catholic...
Throw us a bone, Wes!
bigger question... did you accept the proposition?
My son did not go to CAK but he did see Gruden at a Holiday Inn Express drinking a Dos Equis while chasing a happy witch on a broom as Gallagher smashed a pumpkin...I hope Gruden comes but until he does I will be the blue guy in the corner...that's the guy holding his breath. Good Grudly Moogly folks!
That night, I became a man.
Haha. Just kidding.
THESE PIPES, ARE CLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!!!!!! clip from Cabin Boy
Cabin Boy is a 1994 fantasy comedy film directed by Adam Resnick and produced by Tim Burton, which starred comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott co-wrote the film with Adam Resnick. Both men worked for Late Night with David Letterman in the 1980s, as well as the short-lived Fox sitcom Get a Life in the early 1990s.
The project was originally to be directed by Tim Burton, who had contacted Chris Elliott after seeing Get a Life episode "Neptune 2000". Writer Adam Resnick took over the direction after Burton was offered the film Ed Wood.

. . . and haggling them down on price . . . and having a 30 second rocket ride to heaven . . . and falling asleep at the flop house . . . and waking up with my wallet missing . . . and convincing my mom I had a cold so I she'd take me to the Dr. for penicillin. *sigh* Yeah, dog. Those were the best of times.
Sorry. Your story seemed to call for a more definite ending, and I couldn't help taking a little creative license.
"Bravely taking to his feet, he beat a very brave retreat." Sir Robin's Minstrels.
My thoughts exactly. HS age is plenty old enough to start yanking chains, and plenty young enough to think something stupid like that is actually funny.
Doesn't mean they're definitely lyin', just that they probably are.
Very creative ending...
Seems to be a lot of parochial school gaming going on in W. Knoxville. Need to enlist K. Kerbyson, D. Hood, J. Smith and B. Kendrick to get this stuff under control...
Yep, you got it exactly right. Ha.
