Just confirmed with Finebaum that before Franklin approved the new uniforms, he had to meet the wives of the designers first. If they weren't attractive, then their designs wouldn't have been attractive either...
You can't see it very well, but I think there's a white "surrender" flag on the sleeve of the road jerseys.
Surprised the new helmets don't have an F for Franklin on 'em! LOL

im surprised franklin didnt put a picture of clay travis on the sleeve
Uniforms = yawn. But Franklin really knows how to fluff people up. If he can get the crowd this worked up over uni's, just think what he could do if they ever won some games. Oh well, I guess we'll never get the chance to find out...
Anchor down men.
(has anyone realized that this phrase basically means "we aren't going anywhere and we aren't making progress." it's like the opposite of full speed ahead.)
"Count it down with me. Five, four, three, two, one.
The national champion is clad in Big Orange!"
I've been thinking that same thing. Wouldn't "anchors away" be infinitely better? Oh well, at the end of the day, same ol' Vandy.

Say what you want, but I think in terms of the newer uniforms SEC teams have released in the last few years, these are the best. Vandy has a great color scheme to work with. I love when they do the all black matching.
Good thing they changed those terrible uniforms they had in the mid to late 90s. You have to admit, they have progressed better than anyone.
On another note, I wish Arkansas would bring back those old hog decals they used in the 60s. Those are AWESOME.
