I realize that courtesy dictates that Dave Hart has to get permission from the AD of a school whose football coach he'd like to speak with. Does the same protocol apply to agents?
For example, Jimmy Sexton is an agent to a lot of coaches. Could Hart call him up with a non-descript "I'm browsing" and start the ball rolling?
