False advertising! You aren't ol Dad! You are Young Dad!
polirules fell asleep on this....
Last time you've been to Douglas lake?
Where does TN end up recruiting wise?
Who wins the Super Bowl?
Oh yes I know. This name was given to me by my father in law. The wife and I were at one of his parties and were slow dancing to one of our favorite songs "Bring it on home to me" by Sam Cook and she said "bring it on home daddy" and pulled me in real close. So her dad overheard what she had said and he started calling me dad or ooooool dad. So I have had this name for about 12 years now.
We laugh all the time when somebody says dad we both turn around.
About a week ago. I can't stay away from the fishing.
Around 15th or so
I'm going to say the Broncos.
Great story! I like it!
Now for a tough question or two. How do you feel when you see our fellow posters trashing UT commits because they have the audacity to have only three stars by their name? If these kids are online and reading, and they probably are, how does that make them feel about their new school and its fans?
I hate seeing our fans trashing the commits and new offers just b/c of their star rating. Everyboby's an expert on evaulations I guess. I wish we would just trust the coaches judgement and support the guys coming in. If we want to change the culture in this program, we as fans have got to change too.
We need more positive energy to create a buzz that everybody wants to be around. I would be reading all I could about a place that I am going to a part of for a good portion of my life. If we are not carefull we could lose some quality guys over crazy fans trashing recruits.
1. Who is your pick for NFL MVP? Comeback Player of the Year?
2. In your opinion, how important is it that Coach Jones has already started reaching out to former players at Tennessee?
3. Any odd or unusual holiday traditions you can share?
Bring it on home, ol Dad! That's the song!
JJ Watt for MVP and Peyton Manning for comeback player of the year. You could possibily comsider Manning for MVP also.
It is huge for the former players to be a part of the program. It instills tradition, how to win, and helps with recruiting. It would help if recruits can see former NFL players around the complex.
My birthday is on New Years Day. We always camp and do a lot of fishing on Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day. We usually have a Halloween party were everyone dresses up. We were MR and Mrs T this year.
Yeah that's it. For some reason I always add the to me at the end.
I was asleep at the wheel. My bad. With my days off, forgot this was Wednesday. Thanks, tnbear!
