...for a high priced hire? Although Gruden doesn't have a buyout he would probably require $9 million - $10 million per year. I would expect an established A-list coach such as Stoops, Fisher or Gundy would require about that much plus their buyout. From your sources, does Hart have commitments for funding that kind of expense? Are you hearing anything about the size of the coaching staff budget?

Gruden is already doing pretty well and just doesn't really need the cash.
According to OP, Stoops and Fisher would only require $9-10 per year. Does that mean we can afford Gruden as the HC, Fisher as OC and Stoops as DC?
