Awful news :(
I do faithfully!
I tell you, there have been so many new threads over the past 2 days I have fell woefully behind. Just kinda hitting the high spots when I really enjoy delving in and reading every post. Never know when you're gonna find a gem buried on page 3 of a thread. I imagine as the season nears this will become the norm. I may have to quit my job just to keep up.Okay, nix that. Then I couldn't renew in Dec. On an off note, I came home from work around 8:30 tonight. I had spoken with my wife on the phone briefly today. I knew she was kinda feeling down because there's a lot of drama in a couple of our kids' lives right now. She made a comment to me and I didn't respond in the way that she thought I should have. And guess what, I got chastized for it. She said if she had said that to her best friend, she would have immediately known that she needed to talk and let off some steam. Okay here's the lesson in this ladies: We men are not very smart at taking subtle hints. If you want to talk about something, or anything else for that matter, just tell us. Just blurt it on out. We're men. We have no real capabilities of reading your minds. Anyway we didn't discuss much but she did forgive me for being-well, me.
BUTCH IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. GO VOLS!
I feel your pain. I guess that's just the joys of being married.
Me too! Emotional episode last night
Do you tip the maids that clean your hotel room?
I did on my honeymoon at the Four Seasons. I was there multiple nights and they cleaned the room twice each day.
I don't at the Super 8. It's business for me and I'm not paying for the room anyhow. I hang the do not disturb sign on the door until I check out.
What's the call here? Should I tip the maid regardless?
I always tip, being a hotel maid has to be a rough job

I've never tipped the maids. Then again, I've never stayed at a place like the Four Seasons before, either. I'm staying at some nicer hotels than usual on this trip, so I'll probably have to decide if I'm doing that before I fly down...
This is long overdue-->
I've stayed at several nice hotels including The Ritz, Hermitage and several downtown Hiltons and Marriotts- never have I tipped for cleaning service intentionally.
This is not really a new change. It really just reverts back to the way it used to be before NASCAR decided to start screwing up a great product. I'd like to see them go back to doing a lot of things the way they used to. You know, when they were becoming hugely popular. I've lost just about all interest in racing over the past 10-15 years and NASCAR is why.

Braves won tonight and Sheets pitched one heck of a game
The Redhead just "thanked" me for getting a beard hair on her toothbrush, and I told her it could have been one of her nose hairs.
Apparently that's "not how you're supposed to talk to the woman you love."
Don't start none, won't be none.

Maybe you should tell her the truth Wes. While she was out karaokeing last week, someone was at home cleaning the toilets with a brush...hers.
