Could Rivera have a 2002 Jason Witten type of Season?

Ainge made a point today that Rivera may benefit from us having the 3-headed monster at WR...
Rivera is not even close talent-wise to Jason Witten BUT, with so much coverage on the three WR...Rivera will see a lot of 2n tier defenders on him.
Do you think he could be scoring left and right for us because of these match ups?

He will have a good season imo. Not sure a Witten type season, but no.excuse bot to have a good season.

A Witten year would be great. I would be happy with a Luke Stocker type of year from a few years back too. Even a Chris Brown type contribution might help us get to the 10 win mark dependent on the Big 3...

Some of the posts seem imply he has not done well. I think he has. Does he have the talent of a Witten NO. Can he have a great year YES. There are several indicators.
1. He has really developed physically and will be a better blocker which is important to the run game.
2. He will not get the attention he got last year because of our WR's.
3. He wants to play in the NFL so he will be max output.
4. He has a chip on his shoulder because he was the forgotten man with Clear entering his sophomore year and expected to be the second coming at tight end. JMO
