Could the weather affect official visits?

C'mon guys... With our luck, would you expect anything less????????????? The scenario of weather ruining one of the biggest recruiting weekends we've had in a while is right up our alley...
The forecast for Knoxville for Friday and Saturday is 43/51 and sunny both days so hopefully it starts melting off tomorrow afternoon. The night time lows are pretty low though so who knows.

The overnight low tonight will be a bigger factor. If it drops below freezing, roads will suck tomorrow. If it warms up to 38 degrees or more, then things will have a chance to melt away and start drying out before the morning commute tomorrow...

supposed to be almost 50 tomorrrow we will be fine sunny for the next 10 days too..... just a crap ton of water around everywhere

I spent a week in Chicago a couple of years ago and was happy I fit in as somebody who can drive in the snow. Too many think they can but really can't.

Just had a thought. With the location of this snow system and the severity of it in some parts, I wouldn't expect Derrick Green to make it to Knoxville now if he was indeed planning to come. Seems like NE TN and Virginia are getting pounded and I would be surprised for him and his mother to spend their own dime traveling in those conditions.
I'm just going to pretend it's the snows fault when he doesn't sign with us on NSD.
