Just saw this on twitter. I think swain RT this one. It is another example of how college football coaches are mercenaries. Primarily concerned with making money at the expense of others. This story shows that. Good pick up Watauga.

yea, what a classless move. I like how he skirted the question about how long he'd be there and the recruit didn't realize it until later. What a piece of work. I hope the Cinci fans realize that he's gone at the first sniff of a better job.

Not sure I agree with the mercenaries assessment. When does one cross the line from "good career move" to "mercenary?"
Also not sure how much better a job Cincy is than TX Tech. Seems more like a lateral move than a step up. Maybe it's closer to the south and that's where he's most comfortable? I don't know if Tuberville will get another shot at the SEC.
