Crockett I have to admit that I have thought a lot about some of the stuff you have said. But I gotta get on something to get me active lol. The gym I am going to does a free one day session (I am going to tomorrow) then does 8 fundamental classes where they teach you the techniques and stuff so hopefully Ill be pretty well versed in what I am doing then!
I was actually cutoff this morning doing snatches. The workouts that asore done for time are done with low weight to accommodate the faster reps. Anything that uses higher weights are controlled and done on your own time, such as olympic lifts. We have one of the fastest growing affiliates in the system, we have followed those guidelines since day 1. And CF has been around for nearly 15 years so there are long term subjects, albeit few.
