I actually am a believer in this defense. It's bigger than I've ever seen... Any that I can remember. I know that doesn't translate into production, but these guys look like aren't going to get pushed around.

I think we've got the best front seven that we've seen in the past 10 years (on paper). I hope they're as good as I think they'll be.
RE: David Rickey - I'm just glad he didn't transfer to GA State over the summer, cause we'd have to defend his in week two.

In talking with some players last night, I learned that he was not liked or respected by many. Removing this cancer will allow for the team to pull together and close ranks without the poison he generated. Believe it or not this was a positive move for the team. Now we all wish he had gone to Ga.

i agree completely- Hate it for him as well, how can someone with so much talent just throw it all away? He's had every chance to get it right, but just can't seem to figure out how to function in the real world that doesn't revolve around him.... everything about this situation just screams stupidity
