It always cracks me up when people blame the media. Everyone understands that media only are a reflection of the public and their particular audiences, right? In this case, the hysteria over Da'Rick actually started with people freaking out over his tweets.
And to anybody suggesting this was never a big deal, I completely disagree. Any timer a player misses practice because of an off-field issue, it's a big deal - especially when it involves a player with Da'Rick's past.
+1 for ya buddy! Message boards are a funny thing. Mass hysteria at its best.
Cant say I wasn't riveted to it though. I hope Da'Rick gets set straight and is playing in the fall. I don't believe any of the newcomers will make that big of a splash in the first half of the season and dooley probably needs to have a good year. We need Da'Rick to be here for Dooley to be here. Next year is a different story with the new receivers. They will have some time in our system and be better adjusted to SEC football. I want Da'Rick here because in the first half of the season we play Fla and Ga. Have to win one if not both to have a chance at SEC East.Myrtlevol
