Ok this is my first post here and i have to comment on this. Dooley was put on the hot seat right after the first year and the media and the fans kept him there, so how was he going to get big time players here when a coach is on the hot seat? No player wants to come play for a coach when they don't know when or if he will get fired. Then you have the fans getting on these boards running down the current players and staff, so tell me why would any big time player want to come here?
