Yea I'd like to hear about how good they will or might be this year, including specific players that might cause us some problems when we play them in Atlanta. Don't they have some DB that has already or is really close to breaking some NCAA records for interceptions or something like that?? Please educate me...

I thought the same thing. Great questions that yielded some real insight into the program. I really like the angle of questioning about the mindset of Dooleys' classes who are not accustomed to winning.

Regarding the academics, could part of the issue be attributed to just how young we are? With a roster disportionatly comprised of freshman and sophmores, I'd expect it to negatively impact the GPA to a degree. If the team's GPA was broken out by class, I would think the freshman class to always be the lowest.

Wes, I have read the others one on one, I got to tell you You stuck to the guns there at the end and I for one appreciate your talent. (very hard to say seeing you are a cubs fan and all) but I really enjoy the 4 parts you put together and it was/is top notch. Couple of softballs but man you were high and tight most of the time. got a little info from watching spring game. the d lost 3 l.b. d stats last season. scoring 24.7 points 6th in acc. passing 223 yds. 7th in acc. rushing. 131 yds. 4th acc. total yds. 354 4th in acc. on o tail-back creecy 103 attemps 382yds. 3.7 avg. 1 td. red zone off. scored 86% of the time. 66% tds 3rd in acc. red zone d. gave up points 85% 11th in acc. hope this helped a little bit. i think we'll beat them by 24 pts. Good stuff wes. I think we can beat n.c.state if we play smart. The RB need to have a good game and Bray needs to play smart! With good D anything can happen.

DB name from state is David Amerson. Won Jack Tatum award last year. Led nation with 13 picks. But one safety cant cover all the talent we have catching the ball thats for sure. I just hope we can stay healthy and play as a team. If we do that then we will be hard to handle ! The key is can we play as a unit for 4 quarters. GO VOLS !!!
