I didn't call them good or bad, they may be atrocious or they might be All-Americans. Till we see them on the field, none of us can possibly know what their ceiling might be.

Agree with this. I hope they are good players, but we are very unproven at WR. However, a strong OL, good RBs and a smart QB is still a good combination. I think Fedora + a strong SEC staff/defensive coordinator is our best bet. If he's willing to leave UNC after one year, we'd be very fortunate to get him.

If you were talking about them as recruits you would be saying they were very good. Bowles, Croom, Pig...4 stars...if your into stars.

I hear you. Croom is now a TE to, should excel there to. I have high hopes, I have just seen us all overrate our talent year in and year out, I have to see it. Bowles IMO is probably super raw. His HS ran the wishbone, he probably doesn't know how to run routes yet.

Also, compare our stats for this season:
Pass Attempts UT 477 UNC 441
Rush Attempts UT 413 UNC 457
So, not only do they run the ball MORE than they pass, they also have a much better balance than our previous offense.

Fair points but Bowles and Blanc do have a year under their belts. I really think blanc is going to surprise some people. He is smart, big and fast. The smart part is what will make him special. We also have some talent coming in if we can hold onto them.
