I suspect when Jones said he'd hire "the best staff in the country" he meant from HIS perspective, not OURS. And, frankly, I don't blame him. He's on the inside and knows what pieces he needs on his team - we don't. Ours are just opinions as "best" is a subjective word. Everyone can voice their opinion here, which I like, just suggesting you look at this from another angle if your opinion is it's not the best staff in the country.

Ultimately he doesn't get paid to make sure our opinion of him is positive. Let him lead and let's hold the negative judgment for a while until we get some more data to base it on.
