Dooley

  • I really hate to see this guy go... He seems to have the fire to bring Tennessee back... but then again most of the games he has lost with Tennessee were about a few plays away from being wins...it's also not fair he is having to bring UT back from Kiffin's probation problems...

PositivePete- Dasshatriggeman is a bama plant on this site. His dugie houser underling always up votes him.

  • I will be glad to see him go, he has shown everyone that he is in over his head coaching at this level. That being said, I appreciate his rebuilding the roster. If he loses tomorrow night, he should be gone on Sunday or Monday, IMO.

  • I really liked him at first...but now I see the future...without a high powered offense next year...and an average, at best, recruiting class...we are in for a downward spiral again...it is time for a big time Coach...and Hart has delivered...deal signed and sealed...yesterday...will be announcedin 8 days!

I hate to see him go as well. He's a classy guy and he has given his all to rebuild the program. Had he made a better choice for DC this year, we would not be having this conversation. We would have won at least 8, IMO, as our offense is one of the best in program history.

    Appreciate your classy post. +1

Include me in that number. I can't help but feel bad for Dooley in that he was never able to bring into fruition that what he had envisioned. VFL.

  • I like Dooley, seems to do everything well a coach should do, except win, and that's a shame. I am grateful for what he's done positive for the program and wish him well with what ever the future holds for him.

  • I like him and really wanted him to succeed. He did a lot of positive things for the program and will leave things much better than how he found them. The only real question mark I had was shaky in-game coaching and the end of regulation last week sealed the deal for me.

  • To me it's his in game decision making and a bad hire in Sal. He's done a lot of things good, but anyone will get kicked out of Knoxville if you don't win. Especially if you lose to teams you're predicted to beat like Missouri.
