We definitely need to try something else, the late season meltdowns are unacceptable. But I believe he was closer to success than most people are giving him credit for.

I know that's not where his passion is, but I think it's where his strength exists. He's organized, smart, understands the business, and has a legal background that would come in very beneficial with contract negotiations.
