    I used to live just outside of Jackson, TN. There are not very many players who get looked at by major programs from the area, and it is a big deal when they do. The reporter was from the the newspaper in Jackson. I am pretty sure he is the same guy that asked Saban about Jabriel Washington. (also a player from Jackson).

  • man i hope lathers can avoid injuries this season and not just because how much it would effect our record. if anybody deserves a great year it's this young man. so looking forward to seeing and hearing him after a big win. GO BIG ORANGE !!!

  • I recorded today's media day. When I looked at the segment about who we would win or lose to, and what our record will be. The guys were torn and conflicted on alot of games(ie: Florida, Mizzou, USC, and even Alabama). They picked us to go 8-4; I mentioned some time ago 8-4 would be our bare minimum for this season. I believe we will be 9-3 or if things go really well 10-2, SEC East Champs and a great BCS Bowl game. Most of my friends here in South Carolina call me a homer. Well, that I maybe, but I really feel this season has the potential of being great. What Say u, family. It's almost football time in TN!!! Give me some in put Ryan and anyone with an honest opinion. Go Vols!!!

    I may be a homer to OC$. I didn't see the broadcast but I belive people are starting to see what Tennessee is capable of acheiveing this year if things start to Click or Bounce in our favor . With players the caliber of Bray(potential 1st Rd top 2 Qb)Rogers and Hunter(potential 1st Rd top 2 Wr's) the ingredients are there for a great season. I Say2ufamily 9-3 or 13-1. flex

  • I'm liking the coolaid too. This could be a really good season, and 8-4 could be really good. 9-3 and Dooley has a signature win. 10-2 and he has 2 signature wins. We will be more competitive for sure. I can't wait for a lot of the games, but Vandy is going to be real special. It will be good to shut Franklin up. KY will be memorable. AL, GA and SC are probably not going to go our way. FL is a toss up.

  • My ideas for a good season to secure UT and Dooley: 9-3 with one signature win (preferably against Bama, UF, or UGA ... in that order...) +++ beating folks we should beat the way we should beat them (i.e., embarrass formally lower division, as well as Vandy and Kentucky...and beat MS State and NC State too though not as bad)
