I have not had the ability to make a down vote for several days (weeks). I rarely make a down vote and it has been weeks since I've made one. I really just curious as to why I don't have that capability. Any one else have this problem?

I think it makes you up vote to be able to down vote.. So if you're only trying to down vote you may have run out of down votes.. They do this to avoid mass trollig

This is correct. You have to "earn" you down votes by using your up votes. This prevents people from just down voting and being haters all day long.

Thanks. I gave someone an up vote and my down vote capability has returned. I do not normally vote on anything because everyone is entitled to their opinions.
