He did not report this and will not....Dooley is still the coach so he will not comment specifically other than to say he thinks it would be a long shot.

I'm going to say that's not true. Gruden would just say he isn't interested in the job before he would make that type of counter offer. He's been in the business too long to waste his time or UT's time for that matter.

It wasn't Hubbs. Jimmy Hyams was asked by a caller about Gruden today and he said he doesn't think Gruden will come. He said he didn't want to comment given UT still has a coach, but went on to say that there were talks between UT and Gruden's camp and that he wanted a 10yr/$50M contract and that UT said that it wasn't going to be possible. It was right at the beginning of the show today. I am not a member of Volquest, so I have no idea if Hubbs has said the something similar. FWIW

Being part of the Vol Network, Brent has to be extra careful on things like this. I'm a subscriber to both sites as well and nothing remotely close to this has been reported by anyone working for his site.
As others have said ITT, his approach is basically the same stance Wes has taken.
