Great stuff Wes +1. Condition the body-train the brain-the conditioned body does what the trained brain tells it to do. Old concept...tremendously more effective methods. I really am impressed.

I would imagine donors have a chance, but I'd doubt a regular fan getting in there.

Isn't it pretty much an overblown myth about the Special Forces stuff by fans? From every article I read when he was hired he coached at USF in 2010 and then he was hired here Jan 2011. So he was at his Army job for just a few weeks.

Is it just the camera angle or is the entrance to the weight room from the internal field pretty low? Doesnt look like Mt. McCullers or Tiny can get in without ducking
