Julio had 489 of his yards in the first 6 games, so i think late bloomer is a wrong term for him. It is true that his touchdown production was more towards to the end, but he established himself early: he had 71 yards his first game, 115 his third, and 127 his fourth.
I think they have lacked offensive identity every since they have draft Ryan. It almost seems like they cannot decide if they wanted to be a pound the rock type of team, or an air it out type of team. The defense has some potential, and i think the cord will help. To me, they have to figure out what they will do with the running game, and establish an identity. If they decide to air it out more, i love where they are going.
I hope they resign Harry Douglas. Douglas, White, and Jones are great at the Wideout spot.

just think that some new draft picks on the OL would really help the off line regardless of what they want to do ; Def they need a shutdown corner in a HUGE way and an infusion of youth on the def side of the ball . It will be interesting to see what happens with them now that they lost two of their major coaches from last year

Detroit Lions for me. Starting following them when they had Lucci and Neumoff at LB and never have stopped watching or pulling for them. Alot of bad years, but doing better now! of course, Barry Sanders was fun to watch and follow and Charle Sanders is one of my all-time favorite players.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS! Been a fan since the 1970 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. I was 7 years old and had not started following the NFL yet, but watched a "60 Minutes" clip on the Super Bowl and it had a segment on Joe Kapp. He was muddied and bloodied after losing the SB and I felt sorry for him. I also loved the horns on the helmets.
Then I learned about the "Purple People Eaters" the very next season and I was hooked for life! SKOL VIKINGS!

I'm a Vikes fan too. Looking at these old pics, I really wish they would change their uniforms back. Also, when they get their stadium built (at least I'm hoping they can), they need to keep the roof off. Bring snow back to Vikes home games.
