I'm really coming around on Jimbo solely because he would bring an unbelievable staff around him and we would recruit very very well. Gruden is everybody's #1, and then I'd go Stoops at #2 (but he makes to much money @ OU to leave) but these 2 are real longshots...

So here's my question, and it may be a thinker. If you want Jimbo Fisher to be our HC, do you cheer for FSU to win tomorrow or to lose tomorrow?
I hope they win. My reason is FSU would've had an awesome year. Beating UF and Clemson and VT and Miami among others. They lost 1 game by 1 point and are 10th in the BCS. The ACC is already starting to blow up and I think he wants out of that conference. In the SEC if you lose 1 game there's a good chance you're playing the National Championship, in the ACC you don't even get a sniff.
I'd be surprised if Jimbo isn't at Tennessee or Auburn next year. The ACC is a dumspter fire.

I have heard there are strained relations between Jimbo and AD. I am also aware that Jimbo's agent is one who put his clients names out there to get them more money at their current school. All in all I would be shocked if Fisher left FSU for UT. FSU is set to be the next school that jumps the burning ship that is the ACC. They voted against raising the out fee that MD is going to pay. It is a matter of when FSU leaves the ACC. Jimbo has not worries about coaching in the ACC and everything to worry about coaching in the SEC. I don't see this one happening.
