Which coaches do we want to keep and which ones would we like to see go?
Peronally, I would like to see Chaney, Graham, and Pittman stay.
The rest I am up in the air on whether to keep or not. Including Sunseri, I love the guy, but not so sure about the defense.
What say you guys?

Chaney ain't staying, if he does he isn't calling plays. Gruden will call the plays more then likely like Lane did. But I agree Graham, Pittman, and I'd like to keep Ansley or Hinshaw.

Graham and Pittman are the only ones worth keeping, IMO. Who wants to throw it deep on 3 and 1? If you do, keep Chaney.

Pittman and Graham hands down and Ansley is high in my book as well FWIW. Dont think Chaney would stay over 3 different Head coaches

I'm all for that staff right there. Warren Sapp would be a heck of a recruiter and Sunseri is a much better LB coach than DC.

I think the best way to go is Jon as HC an Jay Gruden as OC and keep the rest, that would keep us from buying out the staff and I already like the staff. Keep the scheme on defense and let it settle in. Keep most of the recruits and add a bit more just because Jon Gruden is the head coach.

Jay Gruden will be a candidate for a NFL head job. No way he comes here for an OC job.
