In my honest opinion Gruden or Cowher are the only coaches that walk in and make us better by immediately signing a top 3-10 class this year if hired by December 1. They upgrade talent create excitement and probably win us a game we shouldn't win next year. They will want a staff of there own so most if not all on staff now are gone. Wes said $10 million for buyout and search committee then let's say minimum another $10 million a year for new salary. So I'm going to link a pay-pal account everyone who thinks we have to get rid of Dooley and win now please make your donation or at. Least pledge itin this thread. Can't wait to see how long it takes to get even a hundred thousand.
