Ford>Green

I've said it for a while now I think Green is overrated. He runs high and doesn't get a lot of YAC... Would I love to have him sure. But I think Ford is better. 247 has Green as the #10 RB and I agree with their evaluation. Fords senior highlights are amazing, Vandy got a good one, have to give them credit. I really think we can flip him, I just hope we don't put all of our eggs in the Green basket.

I've seen Greens film, I watched him at the Army Game, and I saw his team play on TV this year. He hits the whole hard, harder than anybody on our current roster does but he goes down easy... I've watched both players films, Ford's blow his away.

They both are talented and after Jay Graham gets through with them, they will both be power backs.
Hopefully we land both of them, and they can battle it out weekly on the field as they are putting up monster numbers and pounding the rock down the throats of DL's all season long.
I hope this becomes a problem for us as much as it has become one at Bama.

i think both are very VERY good rbs. Would never say Green is overrated. Good size, can get to the edge, good hands, runs north/south. Reminds me a bit of Arian Foster, and not just cause both wear the same #. Ford has better speed, but if i were to nitpick, he seems to hesitate just a tad once he gets the ball before finding his lane, which you can get away with in HS, not so much in the SEC. i would take either in a heartbeat. Maybe the edge to Green just because of his size (though, i will say, Ford will battle before he goes down..).
