Fulmer vs. Dooley being let go?

How can they fire Fulmer so quick and easy during the season, yet let this joke of a season drag on without firing Dooley?! It was easy to announce a coach with 150 wins, is being fired at the end of the year, but they cant hurt Dooley's feelings and let his sorry ass go even though he has never had a winning record at UT, not to mention its embarrassing to watch his teams! It can't come soon enough.

Mike Hamilton handled the Fulmer firing very unprofessional. IMO
That may be the reason why Dooley is still employed, or maybe Hart is just buying his time and seeing who, hopefully someone with a solid resume, is interested in the job.

i agree, i understand that it is a new AD handling it now but it bothers me the way one of our own, a true VFL was treated as compared to how Dooley is being treated. And even though I did not like him as a coach, Majors was fired during the season also and he is a true Volunteer. I know Hart had nothing to do with Fulmer or Major's firing but it bothers me Dooley is being treated better than either of them were treated.
