amidst his connection to the Nevin Shapiro scandal down at the U.
I don't know about you, but this does not bode well for Florida regenerating their damp towel of an offense. We'll see where it goes from here.

I agree, could be ugly. Not to compare the actions of either school, but would not be surprised to see punishment similar to that of Penn St. Perhaps without 60 million dollars in fines, but 4 years of postseason bans, countless schollys, vacated wins (perhaps a BCS title?). The NCAA is never very consistent and does not ever use the term precedent, but the actions at Miami are similar to those of SMU and after not using the Death Penalty at Penn St, I don't think they will at Miami either.

Yeah there may be a lot of Miami players available all of a sudden. Would be much more interesting since we'll have many more natural connections. Would likely be too late for this year, but it will definitely get interesting. Feeding frenzy in South Beach if this goes how it looks because they've got a lot of talent on that roster.

Something to look at when considering the 2013 class. If anyone leaves it will be after the season so we might be able to get a freshman or sophomore with some experience instead of a high school recruit. Again I would think we would look at LBs and RBs, maybe a WR that can provide immediate help in 2013. I think if they drop the hammer it will also help us with the 2014 QB, names escapes me, that is from that area.

I hate the Hurricanes...all they ever do is whine and cry about that stupid national title they lost to ohio st.....
If they wouldnt get caught cheating this wouldnt happen lol. and if they would cheat to get good players and win instead of going 6-6 every year this wouldnt be a problem

Had two high school teammates play for the Hurricanes. I hate to see it happen.
I believe the town I'm currently working in (Carlyle IL) has had a kid play for them as well.
