I think it will give 'opportunity for success' but not a guarantee because that comes from the coaches and players for the most part. It sounds like a fabulous facility and one that was needed. I don't know where Dooley has found the time to do all that he does but he must be one tremendous time manager. Man I hope he succeeds this year because he has done an awesome job of laying quality groundwork for BO success. Feng Shui in it's sports form. Thanks Wes and +1

Great thoughts, and I agree if Dooley doesn't get it done this year and is shown the door (I hope this is not the case unless something ridiculous happens on the field) he will leave the program lightyears of where he found it. With that said, he should get one more year regardless to flourish in what he has built.

When Dooley first came to UT, we all remember the difficulties he was facing, including trying to hold together a recruiting class. Yet he still had the energy, forward thinking, and will to make innovative changes to a building project already in progress. Just amazing.
He will lead us out of these dark days. It's just a matter of time.

Before Hart or I'd bet we'd have gone to Bama. They have a very impressive complex.. It's amazing to think how far college football has come when it comes to science and technology. This is just one example of how much it costs and the intellectual property a college FB program must have to compete at the top. On site medical, a pharmacy, hydrotherapy (we use to put ice on everything then jump in hot whirlpool that only one guy cud fit in), state of the art video tech and more. Amazing. Going on a tour next month..
