Sounds similar to what Cortland Finnegan did for the Titans last year. I think Gordon can be very disruptive in this position and hopefully they turn him loose on some blitzes.

Gordon has a nose for the football. While he only started one game last year, he still managed to rack up 5 TFL from the CB position--fifth best on the team. Having a DB that can come up and effectively defend the flat is worth its weight in gold. Gordon is far from being the perfect CB but the raw talent is there.

Gordon's one of my favorite players, because he likes to hit -- and he makes big hits pretty frequently. I also like his "big play" making ability. We really needed both last year, and it seems well-suited to Sunseri's defense. Dooley's repeatedly said he wants a more aggressive defense, and that nearly always means taking more risks. Looks like Gordon's a good fit for that change in attitude. (So what's the complaining about? ;) )
