  • How come no one ever talks about Tino? Because he grayshirted or is he simply not that good?

  • Wow, B...glad I'm not in yer class. I love this DB class, lots of size and speed and guys who have something to prove. Tino and Bonner should vet some action this year and Gray should RS but his speed is a weapon, he could be a great gunner on teams and he ain't afraid of contact.

  • Yeah, that is what I am wondering as well. Is Tino going to be good?!!? He looked promising out of high school, and has had a year of growth. My assumption is that he could be a decent player. Anyone hearing how the coaches feel about this young man?!!?

  • I agree with a B grade. I think this class will add a little depth and definitely add some speed to the group, which seemed missing at times last year. Totally agree on the assesment of Bonner, could prove to be a huge steal. The whole backfield should be better this year.

  • How big is Tino if we are projecting him as an OLB ? Seems like a big jump from CB to OLB .

Huh? Tino Thomas is expected to play cornerback, as we indicated in this story. Where did anyone say outside linebacker?

Ryan, I think docmac might have seen the *** beside Tino's name indicating he was grayshirted. In the paragraph above that you (or whoever wrote it) had a footnote for that paragraph that *** indicated someone was being concidered at OLB but it wasn't beside anyones name.

Oh, my mistake. That definitely wasn't supposed to be there. That was left over from our defensive end story from yesterday, which I used as a template for this one.

    Sorry about the confusion.
