Great O-line coach. He knows how to develop players, including players with limited talent, and he is very passionate. Would be great at UT.

Sirmon will stay with Wilcox and that's fine because I would rather Al Wilson coaching LB's . Former Vol , grew up in Jackson,Tn and a Pro Bowl MLB and he would get the players respect .

Al Wilson can't get a coaching job until he finishes his degree.
