Usually how I deal with that is thinking of the entire day of college football games. I lump it all together as a package deal to get excited about. And after I watch the big matchups of the day, they never seem to get my blood going like watching tennessee, so by the time we do play I am pumped

Once SEC games start, I find the interspersed non-conference fair pretty boring. Unless we're playing a more elite non-conference team layer in the year, which is rare.

SEC is where it's at.

I'm excited to see new guys in the secondary. Justin Coleman should play a lot, and we will more then likely see some McNeil to. The divvy up of carries between RB's will be interesting to watch to...

I'm not overly excited either, because we will win, it'd be nice to have this game over by halftime and play a sound faundamental game with limited errors.

I still get excited about Tennessee football. Im a fanatic. That pretty orange, that beautiful stadium on the river, the pregame atmosphere with the campus decked in orange, and in cases like this past Saturday, the festive scene. Smoky and the "baooohoo". I dont remember how many time they were getting slapped around and I said "thats it im through with em. I give up on U.T football". But i come back like im on crack. And im gonna be glued to the t.v tomorrow getting my fix after a weeks withdrawl, hoping we can score 60 something points to get me over the loss.

Ill put it this way. Last friday I could not even focus at the office. Today, I got a lot done and did not think about our game tomorrow.

Right, wrong or indifferent, the notion that we are back is delayed. This time last week, the jury was still out on that one.

Now, if we win in Athens, I'll be abuZz all over again!

I product we win and look sloppy and then beat Georgia next week.
