Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you guys know that the behind-scenes project I have been working on is complete, and I'm ready to get back to interacting with all of you on a very regular basis again.
I missed this board and this community a great deal. To all our new members, the veterans here will tell you that Ryan, Wes and I pride ourselves on being around and available to you guys - and that is an important part of our culture.
Unfortunately, I went right from coaching search-mode to special project mode, so if you have only been here a few weeks you haven't gotten the full-effect of our interactivity and availability here.
After completing the project late Wednesday night/Thursday morning, I went over to Knoxville yesterday for the assistant coaches availability and also met Coach Jones before Wes' one-on-one interview. The staff was amazing to all of us, and they seem to be a very focused, determined, hard-working ... and friendly ... bunch. Thanks to the staff for being available, and thanks to UT Sports Information for setting up the availability. It was great.
We'll have a lot of awesome content over the next few days, and I look forward to chatting/typing with you guys much more frequently again!
