If these recent rumors prove to be true and Strong is indeed the front runner...
What kind of staff would he look to make? I realize he would get his defensive guys, but what about offensive staff? Would he retain all of them? Who would you like to see stay/go? Would he try to bring Tee Martin back?
I would like to see hinshaw graham and Pittman retained and get a new off coordinator!
Thought this might would be a good msg board topic!

To me Graham, Pittman, Hinshaw and Tee are a must

Honestly, I wouldn't mind him keeping the whole offensive staff. As long as the D staff is beefed up tremendously. At the very least keep Graham and Pittman.

Most staff changes mean a change in all of the former assistants. The new HC should have his people on staff. Dooley agreed to keep a couple...he should have never been asked.

Graham RB
Pittman OL
Carter TE/ST
Martin WR
Bedford as DC
all those can recruit lights out and are good coaches. I personally would love to see that and then build on it
