One thing to add: Those that are comparing what Franklin is doing at Vandy this year with Dooley this year are comparing apples and oranges.
I've said before that Franklin's 2011 Vandy team could better be compared to Kiffin's 2009 team and not this year's UT team. Senior / upperclassmen leadership and experienced players were somewhat comparable. I fully expect Vandy to take a step backward next year with those that graduate.
I will, however, make this point as it relates to my original post: What Franklin HAS done is to act like they are already there and approach the games and players as if the expectation is to win now...and not down the road. His players are meeting that expectation.
