Recruiting is important, for sure. But I've got no inclination to study the Ouija board. We've got people hired to do that.
My biggest problem is there is very little tracking and accountability after signing day. How many actually got in school? How many wound up in prison? How many failed in the classroom. How many five stars going in contributed like two stars instead? How many three stars made five star by year four?
