I think Hart's ego could get in the way of this search

He wants to do it with his people that he is connected with. Could be good could be bad, He just hasnt had to make a ton of football hires in his career.

His ego will be a plus. He wants to hire the best coach he can find as that makes him look good. It's not like there's a secret list of coaches out there. This guy is incredibly more capable and competent than the last one, let him do the work please.

Is this based on Basilio saying that, or have you gotten that from somewhere else? I may have missed it, but I've not heard any media source other than Basilio mention anything about Hart's ego.
