If UT misses on a top tier candidate, how about Kyle Flood?

He has Rutgers at 9-2 with a victory at Arkansas and they lost to a Kent State team that has a chance at a BCS bowl and the loss to Pitt isn't good obviously. He is young and his players seem to enjoy playing for him. I consider him in the category of Butch Jones. Rutgers will play Louisville for the Big East title next week.

His salary is only $350,000? I think he's done a better job than Strong. Rutgers has overachieved.

Something like that. Yeah and L'ville is about as unimpressive as a 9-2 team can be. I wonder if the people wanting him have even watched a L'ville game this year.

I have watched them. There defense is slow and it stinks, Bridgewater bails them out of a lot of games. They could easily be 6-6.
