I just posted in another thread that much of the blame can be laid at Hart's feet. The shortened version of what I wrote is that he undercut Dooley by not offering and extension to his assistants and then did not have the guts to fire him. He also has not offered his verbal support to Dooley which in the end would cost the school nothing but could offer help in perception not to mention recruiting. If leadership was spit he couldn't wet a stamp. I am still deciding on Dooley because this Salsperiment has been a disaster and he owns that unless Sal was forced on him. Thanks +1

There's a couple of misleading items in that article, but I've come to expect that from Climer over the last few years...
