I would like to see a coaching change, and I don't have my mind made up as to who's the best replacement. For me I wouldn't mind seeing Tubberville (the man wins), or Gruden (big splash, but what about the substance?). I've seen several of the threads questioning if Gruden is a good pick, and I immediately thought of Pete Carroll going to USC.
For comparison:
Pete Carroll 34-33 .507 Winning % 0 Super Bowls (including playoffs, excluding the Seahawks)
John Gruden 100-85 .541 Winning % 1 Super Bowl (including playoffs)
Records look pretty close to me, and Gruden has the personality. I still don't know if he would be a success, but I certainly think he's worth a chance if he would say yes.
5. Ball, oskie, cover, block, cut and slice, pursue and gang tackle... for this is the WINNING EDGE.
