Dooley sealed his own fate by choosing a DC that tried to change a 4-3 team to a 3-4 and it blew up in their faces, cost them both their jobs. It takes time to make a change like that and he didn't have that time. Like I said earlier, keep Graham and Hinshaw and get some coordinators that are on board with whatever the game plan is going to be and let's get things moving...

Listen, we Vol fans are vocal, passionate, and speak our minds but at the end of the day our most significant quality is that we are loyal to a fault !!! I know he was not the Gruden Fisher Strong typ hire that everyone wanted, but I gotta tell you guys the more I research this guy the more I like him! He is definately better and more proven than Dooley was! I just hope the UT fans get behind him and support him treat him with gratitude and respect and give the man a chance to win for us!
