my concern is the change in philosophy and how well they adapt to it. they are a very talented bunch, but this could throw them off a little and is why this good news is a welcome shock to me.

A good, experienced O-line will make up for a lot of inexperience at the skill positions. I think we are going to end up with a pretty good offense next year.

It is a valid concern. A huge positive that makes me optimistic about their performance next season is that they have a lot of experience to go with their talent. Change is nothing new to these guys. Also, I think our staff will realize that as long all 5 guys know who to block, they will have success doing so. No reason to complicate things with this group so hopefully they will keep things as simple as possible. If they do complicate things, I think our guys have the experience to handle it.

He apparently made some type of statement where he said it is a chance to improve and an "opportunity to win a championship."
I wonder if Jones is already making these kids believe. Me? I'm just hoping for seven wins.
