Jalen Ramsey rumors

  • I personally hopes he stays at USC because if he doesn't, then he's SEC bound and not to UT, IMO, and I don't want to play against him for 3-4 years while he's at UF. Not to mention, based off of the prima dona attitude he has displayed in interviews, tweets and alleged comments, I can't stand the kid and I believe he fits in just right with that prima dona program on the west coast. He actually believes that Kiffin is a kind, honest and decent man. That tells me all I need to know. He is just one of those kids that I could care less about how talented he is, I've hated his attitude from day one and personally want nothing to do with him. He's all about Jalen Ramsey and no one else. I understand needing to win the recruiting battles for top in-state talent but not signing him won't be the end of the world. He wouldn't be the first top TN guy we've missed on and he won't be the last.

  • I know he's made a lot of negative remarks about Tennessee, if he does flip, I don't think we will land him. I hope he sticks to USC and does not flip to a SEC team.

    I would love to have a player with his skill set wearing the power T. However, all those comments he made about the fans & university, how do you rebound from that? I'm not sure how that would play out? Maybe its not such a big deal as I was lead to believe. I can't really remember exactly what all was said, but I do remember some pretty low shots at the fan base from him and his family.

    Seems like Vandy was his second choice he said after he committed to USC. I think we would all forget any and all negative comments made as soon as he signed his LOI, but all the things that were said seemed to put us way towards the bottom of the barrel in his recruitment.

  • If he flips I hope it's to Vandy so we have 4 chances to show him why he shouldn't have taken those shots at UT. I know we need his talent, but I don't want to sale out for a kid with his attitude. I want grown men at UT.

    i have to agree..even if i wasnt going to go to my instate school ide never say anything bad..like some said its all about him...ide bet it want take long when he gets out usc to know he messed up.
    if he goes to vandy ..gl and see you on game day.
