Just talked to him he is excited as can be you could tell in his voice and he told me he was alot of recruits like butch jones so y'all give him a chance! He said fans may not like him now but they will! Just thought I would let y'all know that !

Thanks man. He will be as good as his staff. Butch Jones isn't beating out Muschamp, Fisher, Richt, or Dabo for recruits, but if he can surround himself with good recruiters he will have a fighting chance.

thanks for the update...we have to think butch was coaching up 2-3 stars and winning..so coming here and having this kind of talent tenn can get..im excited for us..i think he makes his name well known here
and is the guy we need to beat florida..dawgs,,ect....hope for the best ..for what its worth i do feel better about this hire ,,when we hired dooley..i hope the fan base gets behind coach jones and let him do his job ..and have full support from everyone..go vols
