Can we bring in Feud as the Kicking coach too???!!!!

    Fuad? As in Reveiz?

If that's who you meant, good idea if possible. It would be better if he could coach the return and coverage teams, too, though. Hard to justify using up a staff slot to teach nothing more than kicking and punting (although if any team in college CAN justify it over the last 5 or so years, it would be us).

  • There is more money in coaching college football right now than anywhere else with endorsements. They put the money out and security he will come. He likes UT and women have a lot more say so in our decisions than we like to admit.

'What'aya think the chances are of a guy like you and a girl like me gettin together?'

    'So you're sayin there's a chance!!'

This whole thing feels like a bad dumb and dumber movie. No offense to anyone and their opinions, I have mine too. But with all the unknown and having two games left (& maybe a bowl?) and Coach's kids crying and swirls of rumors flying around, humor is definitely needed.

I'll also throw in my shameless plug that if CDD is let go I'll miss him and his humor and wit and how he treated the university and our football tradition - no he wasn't perfect - but he gave it all he had. He's a great man, father, steward of where he's come from and the things he's been blessed with. He is caring and passionate. I appreciate the work he's put in and there's no doubt in my mind he is a talented man and will be successful later on down the road. He'll use this experience to grow and learn.

I had the pleasure of taking my wife to her very first UT game vs UGA last year in Knox, and we sat next to an older (>65) couple and the lady was talking to my wife, who has only been to the south a handful of times in her life and she said, 'and we have the handsomest coach in all of football.' So I'll miss his perfect hair and orange pants and also my wife mimicking this old lady as I'm in angst watching UT struggle vs middle teir SEC teams.

In all seriousness God bless coach and he's in my prayers as a transition may or may not take place. The man has seen some stress and adversity as most in such a high position do. God speed and good night.

+1. He did bust his .... as the HC at UT. He didn't win as much as we all would have liked, but I don't have a negative word to say about him. And the hair is flawless.
