At first I thought you meant in the SEC.... then I looked at the list.... 13th is way too high...

He has several questionable rankings in his poll. On second thought, don't buy him a beer. Looks like he had a few too many when he created his power poll.

But, we may be here midseason if things go our way!

i think we'll do well this fall and may even surprise a few people....but i want some of what Joe Schad is smoking!

Honestly, we are an awesome team for a reporter to take a flyer on. This team is similar to Arky last year or 2 years ago IMO, so we will at least be exciting.

If we win, Joe looks like a genius. If we lose, blame the coach who will be gone next year.

I can see Tennessee on the outside looking in on the Top 25 (26th-29th), but not #13. Now if UT beats NC State, GA State, and UF, my opinion will change...

I honestly think his poll about right all the way down the list. I know I am a bit of a Positive Peggy, but we have several individuals who will make a living playing on Sundays on both sides of the ball. If we play up to the level we are capable of playing I believe 13 is about right.

This is exactly what I just told Wes earlier when reading about Schad's pick. Preseason predictions are mostly worthless. If you're wrong, who cares? If you're right about a team no one else expected to be that good, you get to say, "I told you so."

UNC has a lot of talent and they are very fired up about Larry Fedora as coach. I could see it happening. Michigan at fifth, I couldn't go there.

5th is a little high but they did win like 10 games
