Here's the latest on Florida State quarterback commitment John Franklin III of South Plantation (Fla.) High School following his official visit to Tallahassee, Fla., this weekend. It sounds like the Seminoles basically may have locked up Franklin despite his eye-opening visit to Tennessee last week.
